The Australian Physical Activity Guidelines Suggest;
▫️150-200 mins of Moderate Physical Activity a Week. With at least 2 non consecutive Resistance Training Sessions.
OR
▫️ 75-150 mins of Vigorous Physical Activity a Week. With at least 2 non consecutive Resistance Training Sessions.
This is the bare Minimum. 👌🏼
Be active most days, minimise and break up long periods of sitting.
