We have packed up the preschool the last two days and there are some things we cannot take with us to Braitling Preschool. If you are looking for small tables and chairs, an outdoor cubby, plastic outdoor toys, book shelves and other things you are welcome to make an offer and donate to the new play equipment fund. Please call Preschool on Monday 89521783 to have a look.

A few photos of our last week at Teppa Hill. we have certainly had some good times this term.

We had a fabulous farewell to all our Teppa Teddies yesterday. Thank you to all our families for the delicious food, the wonderful gifts and presents given to children and staff and the fire brigade officers for visiting and getting us soaked. Thanks to all the parents who helped too. We had party games, party food and lots of fun! All the staff wish our children and their families a safe and happy Christmas and a wonderful new year.

We had a wonderful visitor yesterday to Preschool, Margot Trigg, who was teaching at Teppa Hill for a very long time from 1972. Margot was talking to the children about her days at Teppa Hill and they were asking her questions too. Margot use to teach Courtney at Teppa Hill so that was very special for Courtney too. An amazing lady!!

Reading in all the Right Places.....just love seeing the children enjoying reading and wanting to show what they know about books.

Courtney did a great job cooking Gingerbread with all the children this week. They loved helping to pour, stir, beat and mix as well as shaping their Christmas gingerbread biscuits. Then icing and putting on all the delicious stars and sprinkles! nibbling all the way... We read the story The Gingerbread Man several times and everyone loves it then we watched a great English You Tube video of the story too that was mesmerizing for all!

Thanks you to our wonderful bus driver Lennie and our janitor from Braitling for always being so happy to collect us. This week we visited the Life Education Van at Braitling School and learnt about how to be healthy from Healthy Harold. Thanks to Deb at Life Education for helping us learn.

Thank you to all the children for wonderful Christmas singing at the Northside shops yesterday. Thank you to all the parents who came and supported us. A big thank you to all the staff and public at Millner Meats Northside, United Chemists, IGA, Hoppys and Avanti Bike Shop for your support and giving us some treats to share back at Preschool. We hope this tradition will continue next year.

Thank you to all the families for coming along on Friday night to celebrate the End of an Era for Teppa Hill Preschool and to watch our concert. Thanks to all the past staff who have contributed greatly to the Preschool over years of service. Thanks to Ed for his music and our parents for helping the children to get ready.
