Next week is Book Week, please join us for our Parade on Tuesday25th August @ 10:30am in the hall.

In 5/6H science, we have been learning about solids, liquids and gases. Today we mixed bicarb (solid) and vinegar (liquid) which reacted to make a gas, which we caught in the balloon. At the end, we did a bigger mix and found out what happened when there’s more gas than can be contained!!

Congratulations to this weeks award winners! This week at assembly we watched our 5/6 class perform a dance they have been learning with GUTS and they also read some poems they have written. We also were lucky to have Mr Duc and Miss K perform two songs- we have very talented students and staff at Sadadeen.

Term 3, Week 3 - Key Events

We have had a fantastic NAIDOC week at Sadadeen!
We would like to say a huge thank you to all of the people that made this possible.
Children's Ground opened with a smoking ceremony followed by engaging activities including bush medicine and singing. The KITES program did some wonderful story telling and painting and ALOs from Police ran fun games in the Rockhole.
A big thank to Tilman and Stephanie for speaking at our assembly and the amazing dancers for thier performance.
Thank you to staff and families for making the week so memorable.
