St Philip's College is thrilled to announce our new partnership with Liverpool Football Club International Academy Australia (LFCIA)! We're the only school in the NT to be the home of the Liverpool FC International Academy Australia! This collaboration will bring exclusive soccer programs to our students and the community of Alice Springs and Central Australia.

During the official launch held today, Principal Leslie Tilbrook highlighted the shared values of excellence and inclusivity, noting the incredible opportunities this partnership will create for our students and other players in Central Australia. Director of Football, Kevin Grima presented the official flag to our school, and he ran a special training clinic.

From honing soccer skills to developing teamwork and leadership, we’re ready to embark on this extraordinary journey!

Last term, our Year 8 students went on the 'Adventure' as part of Outdoor Education Program. Five days in the West Macs bushwalking, orienteering, cooking on fires, mountain biking, canoeing and developing their respect for themselves, others and the environment they live in.

We wish all our Year 9 and 10 students who are taking part in the Endeavour and Mittagundi programs over the next few weeks a great time.

Congratulations to Jahna Tranter who was the recipient of the Rising Star Award at this year's NT SITZLER First Nations Netball Carnival.
Jahna told the CentralianToday “I hope to be someone younger girls can look up to. I want to tell them that if you want to give something a shot, it’s always worth trying."
This is a wonderful achievement for Jahna after also being a a member of the winning School Sport Education NT 15-and Under Regional Team.
