5th Monday!... Special Self Defence class tonight at 6:30pm. We will be delving into some deeper elements of knife defence tonight, with some drills to support the work... Next week our Autumn Tough Choices course starts for beginners!
With the hall and local area still out of power, we will postpone the March Tough Choices Course to start in the first week of April.
