🧪 Prep STEM: Little Scientists in Action! 🔬

During STEM class, our Preps explored the exciting world of science through a hands-on experiment using bicarbonate of soda, dishwashing liquid and vinegar. 🌋

Students made predictions about what would happen when the ingredients were combined, observed the chemical reaction and explored how changing the quantities could affect the result.

Through this fun experiment, students learnt about cause and effect while developing their curiosity, observation and critical thinking skills. What a great way to learn through discovery! ✨

🌿✨ Have you spotted Prep T’s scarecrow at Dreamworld? ✨🌿

Our clever Prep T students have been busy creating their very own scarecrow for Dreamworld’s 2026 Scarecrow Project, celebrating the theme “Nature Guardians: Protecting Wildlife, Country & Tomorrow.” 🐨🌱

Their creation is now proudly on display in Dreamworld’s Scarecrow Lane as part of the Country Fair celebrations! 🤠🌻

And now… voting is OPEN! 🗳️❤️

The class would absolutely LOVE to see their scarecrow win some votes and, most importantly, some hearts! 🥰 Every public vote helps them get closer to the People’s Choice award, with $2,500 going back to the winning school.

So if you spot Prep T’s scarecrow, make sure you show it some love and cast your vote! 💚

Good luck, Prep T! We’re so proud of your creativity, teamwork and your wonderful Nature Guardian creation! 🌏🌿✨
