Charred chicken flat bread 🍗🔥

Chicken thighs marinaded in
4 Tbsp yoghurt
4 garlic cloves
4 tsp white wine vinegar
4 Tbsp lemon juice
1.5 Tbsp olive oil
2 heaps Tbsp oregano
1.5 tsp salt Pepper
This is for per kilo of chicken thighs
Marinaded for 6 hours, ideally overnight

Charred over briquettes on the

Direct cooked over coals flipping the thighs every couple of minutes to get a good char until they reached an internal temperature of 170f

Onto a wholegrain flat bread with
Tzatziki sauce
Lettuce
Cucumber
Red onion
Cherry tomatoes
Feta
Balsamic glaze

Smoked burger with the lot 🍔🌶🔥

Fired up the mini pellet grill

Rubbed the patties with Aussie heatwave

Smoked intil they hit 65c/150f then layed the burger cheese down until melted

Into a burger bun with
Bacon 🥓
Egg 🥚
Lettuce 🥬
Pickled red onion
Pickled Jalapenos
Mayo
Tomato sauce
