The Albury Show Society is mourning the loss of one of our own, Wal Blezard.

For more than half a century, Wal was part of the fabric of our Society. His dedication, wisdom and generosity helped shape the Albury Show into what it is today. Wal believed deeply in the value of Agricultural Shows and the role they play in bringing communities together. He was particularly passionate about supporting young people and was always willing to share his knowledge and experience with the next generation.

We are grateful for the legacy he leaves behind and for the example he set through a lifetime of service. Our thoughts are with Wal's family, friends and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Thank you, Wal. Your contribution to the Albury Show Society will never be forgotten.
