PBS Colour Run 2025

Students were running through splashes of colour and sprinklers, grooving to the tunes with bubbles on the ball court, and levelling up with the Ninja Challenge!

A huge thank you to our amazing organisers and all the volunteers who made this day possible—it was a fantastic success!

Flinders Park holds extensive sporting records which go back to the first year of the school in 1978. The records are age based and each year, the best achieving child for that age has their name added. The Swimming, Cross Country and Athletics records involve all age groups from year 1 - 6 (and in previous years, year 7)

As a parting gift to the year 6s, Ms Menegola gives a copy of the book to those who have achieved the honour of having their name included.

Today, 23 year 6s received their copy to keep as a memento of their time at Flinders. They enjoyed looking through the results and finding their name as well as family members and friends.

🎶 Instrumental Music Tuition at FPPS for 2026! 🎻🎺
Flinders Park PS is proud to be part of the Department of Education’s Instrumental Music School Services (IMSS) program!
✅ Free lessons (some costs apply) from beginner to Year 12 by qualified teachers.
📢 This week, students in Years 2–4 will receive info packs.
Instruments offered in 2026:

Year 3: Violin/Viola
Year 4: Cello
Year 5: Clarinet, Classical Guitar, Brass, Double Bass
(places are limited)

Parents of interested students are invited to an Information Night:

We are overjoyed with the number of people who have been involved with our school this year - helping in classrooms, joining committees, participating in School Board and P&C, helping at the canteen, helping in the library, helping with carnival set up and events - we couldn't have done it without you!
