Zero to hero in one workout 😂

I know I sound like a bit of a tosser...BUT let me paint the picture....

I’m talking about that feeling of 🤷🏼‍♀️ before a workout...you know when you have to really talk yourself into doing it?? Then you make the decision to crack on with it...you start slow and sluggish then before you know it you’ve reached your own version of super hero energy!! You feel like your flying on top of the world!!!!

The world is your oyster and in that very moment you know your capable of ANYTHING 👌👌

Do you know what I mean??

Here’s my workout -
50 cal rower
50 wall ball
50 mountain climbers thrusters
50 Hindu
50 dLURR
50 50 cal airbike
50 dips
50 long jumps
50 sit-ups (look no hands)
50 monkey bar swings
50 bench jumps
50 pendulum

Last class for 2020! It’s time for the Just Move community to chill out and get some well earned R and R❤️

No it wasn’t dancing...we threw stuff, swung stuff, lifted stuff, dropped stuff, crawled with stuff, kicked stuff and all the “stuff” inbetween😂 THEN we Can Can Canned!!!!
