Dear Families,

We're excited to open the bookings for June-July Vacation Care!
Please read the below information carefully prior to submitting your bookings.

Rooms:
VAC JR P-2 - Prep-Grade Two
VAC SR 3-6 - Grade Three-Grade Six
Bookings made into the incorrect rooms will be removed. Substitute bookings may not be available.

Cancellations & Waitlists:
Please note that cancellations submitted after 19th June 2026 will incur the full session fee and will be marked as an absence.
Should rooms experience waitlists, sessions that become available will be offered based on our priority of access, and on the time the bookings are received.

Forms:
All risk assessments must be signed by 19th June 2026. Children are unable to attend if the Risk Assessments have not been accepted. Please follow this link: https://form.jotform.com/260977271005861
Attached is the program, and a sheet on how to book the Vacation Care Days. We encourage you to read this, as it contains important information. During vacation care OSH Club provides breakfast and a small afternoon snack. Families are required to provide morning tea and lunch. As we have many children with nut allergies, we do not allow nuts or nut products to be packed.

Dear Families,

We're excited to release our June-July Vacation Care program!

Bookings will open on Monday 8th June at 5:30pm.

Days marked yellow are incursions, and days marked green are excursions. All families booking into this vacation care period are to sign the appropriate Risk Assessments. A link to these Risk Assessments will be posted when the bookings open next week. To secure your spots on these days, you must provide your consent for your child to engage in these activities. Consent must be provided by 19/06/2026; unfortunately, if consent is not given your bookings will be removed. Please carefully read the information for each day.
