Nine months ago our little Frankie arrived and life changed all over again 🤍

She was born full term but spent her first 11 days in NICU and special care being treated for sepsis and meningitis. Those early days were tough — lots of antibiotics, procedures and a very worried mum.

Through it all, my goal was simple… keep breastfeeding my baby if I could.

Breastfeeding has been one of the hardest parts of this chapter for me. The supply struggles, the exhaustion, the sleepless nights. It’s something so many mums experience but often don’t talk about.

But here we are — nine months in — with a little girl who absolutely LOVES her food.

So I thought it was time to share a little piece of our world again.

Come along and feed the Frankster with me.

I’m a mum of four navigating this beautiful, loud, chaotic life. Sometimes calm, often messy, always real. No judgement here — just a mum doing what works for our family.

Over the coming weeks I’ll be sharing Frankie’s food journey — starting right back at the beginning of introducing solids.

Nothing fancy.
Fuss-free meals.
Home cooked food.
And plenty of mess.

Introducing solids can feel daunting, but it’s actually one of my favourite stages.

It’s been a huge week of emotions 💗
I will miss all my little friends so much. It time for me to take a break and rest up before our beautiful Bub arrives in a couple weeks ❤️✨
