If tinnitus is part of Mondayitis, get yourself a set of ting shas (Tibetan cymbals/bells) & ‘ting’ each ear for 3 or 4 minutes, 3 times a day for a week or two.

This is a technique I teach at my Level 1 Sound Healing training. Ting Shas are also good for clearing space and sound-smudging.

In today’s art therapy session (3-5pm at Workie’s) we will get the paints out for some ‘pour painting’ on canvas.

Symbolic communication and free association will emerge from your upturned pot of colours, which may become background or subject of your piece.

Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on.
