Salt Koji maintenance after one month.🫙✨

Any koji stuck to the sides of the jar can be gently cleaned off with a spatula.

Doing this helps prevent unwanted mold from growing.

Once you’ve made it, there’s really nothing complicated to maintain.🤓🙌

It’s a truly versatile seasoning that works beautifully in both Japanese and Western dishes.

Even if you're not confident in the kitchen, salt koji can quickly become your favourite helper.🌾✨
