Congratulations to SASSVI SSO Reuben Fairbank, who is set to compete at the 2026 IBTA World Blind Tennis Championships in the B3 division.

Reuben heads to the World Championships as the current Australian B3 National Champion, after winning a close-fought final at the National Championships in Melbourne this past July.

Everyone at SASSVI wishes Reuben the very best of luck as he represents Australia on the world stage!

Congratulations to SASSVI Statewide Support Service and Immanuel College student Leah who today set off to compete in the Blind and Low Vision Tennis World Championships in Europe. At just 16 years of age Leah is currently ranked no. 2 in Australia for B3 Women. We wish her all the best for the World BLV Championships in Lithuania and the Women’s IBTA Tournament in Spain!

The Aussies are set for the International Blind Tennis Association (IBTA) World Championships in Vilnius, Lithuania 💚💛

Four debutants will feature in the 15-player Australian team with Maddison Kelly, Reuben Fairbank, Isaiah Muller and Leah Glassenbury all receiving their first team jackets for the event beginning 23 August.
