After finishing Year 12, Jake was still figuring out what was next. Roles in retail and manufacturing helped him build valuable skills, but he wanted something more. Inspired by his brother’s Navy career, Jake discovered the Defence Industry Pathways Program (DIPP). ⚓

'I saw this program as a great way to explore similar fields and take a first step toward a career in defence,' shares Jake.
