We were excited to hold our Small Business Week event yesterday.

More than 20 small business owners attended to hear our director Ryan Williams talk about how to keep their company resilient by weathering the storm and seizing opportunity.

Participants undertook exercises to:

🚩 Understand internal & external red flags that threaten small business resilience
📔 Use a simple framework to identify risks and opportunities
💡 Mitigate risk and seize opportunity.

𝟤𝟢𝟤𝟨 𝘎𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦!

This week we launched our 2026 Growth Tracker Survey, which has been run annually since 2015. It’s the only long-term study of growth companies in Australia – tracking the growth of hundreds of SMEs who’ve attended our programs.

Since 2016, a committed group of graduates have reported their results every year for at least 5 years after completing their program. We’ve measured actual company outcomes against projected growth trajectories at the time of program entry. Over a five-year period, these companies averaged some impressive results:

📈 Revenue up 147% overall
💰 Additional $923M in cumulative revenues generated over and above pre-program forecasts
💻 Jobs up 72% beyond pre-program projected employment growth

That’s real growth! We’re looking forward to revealing the Growth Tracker Survey results for FY26, and learning more about the factors that have helped or hindered your growth journey over the past year.
