I have worked, chatted, and engaged with a lot of women during my years as a retail manager & buyer ( Target Aust., ABC Shops, Mitre10, John Martins, et al) and found unanimously that we spend a lot of time making others feel & look great, often leaving ourselves questioning, who we actually are? When I entered the realm of corporate training - initially focused in the retail space, but later my

work included men and women from all walks of life - I had further confirmation of the need for many of us to learn how we could reconnect with our authentic self. RememberMe is a course I have designed utilising some 20+ years of research, to enable you to learn the skills and resources available to rediscover the true you. I had the most amazing experience this week unblocking some long held limiting beliefs. I was shattered, physically hot and grief stricken. That was Monday and since then my life has many new opportunities. For those of you that remain sceptical...I'm still suffering a chest infection, still in debt and still in the unhealthy BMI range...but wow...watch this space....I'm finally ready to fly...because unapologetically I deserve! The greatest thing about ROCKETMAN ( movie screening AUS June 2019)....is it portrays a person we admire, who without our knowledge is putting on an extremely brave and practised front whilst successfully becoming our hero without any persuasion on their part. Rather, they are simply inspiring, becoming our momentary beacon...as they uplift us with their gift in a manner which gives us energy, enthusiasm and a renewed drive and purpose.

Remember and take note....this also, is YOU!

You too are a 'hero' to someone else....whilst you may feel like you are drowning, whether you feel it or not someone is believing in you!

Believe in you as others do.

I have found unanimously that we spend a lot of time caring for others, ensuring they feel and look great and have the health and confidence to achieve. Sadly though, we rarely put the same efforts in to our own well being which can leave us feeling dispirited and questioning, who we actually are? What have we really achieved towards our own goals?
