After watching the tree grow for a while, we were able to pick some apples off the tree.
The Kindy and Treefrog children were able to eat them, yummy.

Throughout last term we had the joy of having three of our previous students attend the centre to do work experience/placement. It was a delight seeing them all again, and seeing how much they have grown.

Thank you girls for choosing to return to Early steps.

Today, we pause to remember the bravery, sacrifice and spirit of the ANZACs, and all who have served since, and continue to serve.

Their legacy lives on in the values we carry forward each day.

Lest we forget.

This week the children in treefrogs and tiger rooms had the opportunity to watch a Monarch Butterfly come out of it chrysalis. They were extremely excited to watch this process and to see it sitting on the apple tree.

One of our placement students gave the children this opportunity, Thank you Lily for bringing it in.
