The SA MET team sported our best and brightest socks for day!

We are proud to participate in this initiative to raise awareness and encourage open conversations about mental health among medical students and healthcare professionals globally.

It is important that these conversations and check-ins continue beyond this day, helping to foster a culture that reduces stigma around mental health among healthcare workers.

SA MET and Office for Research are going ‘ALL IN’ for National Reconciliation Week 🖤💛❤️

Our teams had meaningful conversations about allyship with First Nations Peoples, amplifying Indigenous voices and how we challenge racism in our daily work and lives.
The 2026 theme, ‘All In,’ is a call for everyone to take real, everyday action to support reconciliation.

This week invites us all to learn about First Nations cultures, histories, and achievements, while acknowledging past injustices and ongoing inequalities, and committing to a more respectful and united future.
