We are looking for a highly driven, dynamic, collaborative individual who is willing to grow with our company. You will have experience in graphics, Illustration & Digital Design to join our team. This role is for a Designer to assist with client branding projects and broad marketing and digital projects.

OVERVIEW
You will be a 'Designer' that will work closely with our Directors in projects such as client branding and guidelines, building out assets both digital and physical for all marketing requirements (print and on-screen).

ROLE INCLUDES:
• Working as part of the creative team to deliver on traditional and digital creatives
• Building out assets both traditional and digital to support client brand guidelines
• Working closely with our directors to develop assets for client marketing, campaigns, and website (email, social, graphics, etc)
• Working closely with our directors to develop client work - patterns, packaging, and designs for products where required
• Involved and contribute to creative Marketing Campaign ideas, concepts, and themes
• Understanding the assets to be created and how we can best leverage these cross-platform & cross channel
• Retouching of required client campaign imagery
• Assist with any website graphics or UX/UI Mockups
• Drive the client brand forward with progressive ideas, techniques, and market-leading practices
• Continuing to build out and manage a brand library including organisation of all brand assets, photos, video, and other associated collateral
• Manage associated budgetary requirements and time deadlines for all initiatives; and other associated Graphic Design and Marketing work for the existing and potential clients

YOU WILL HAVE:
• 3+ years of Design Experience - agency/studio/office with real client work and experience juggling multiple projects at one time
• Experience with traditional and digital marketing based businesses
• Proficiency in all Adobe suite of products or similar
• Ability to tolerate using Microsoft Office products
• Experience in a fast-moving studio to create graphics that elevate client offering
• Excellent communication skills, organisation, teamwork, follow-up, and understanding that the strongest projects are a result of collaboration
•A willingness to take on feedback and always looking to improve and challenge the norm

TIME/PAY:
• This is a developing role with an opportunity to engage with real clients face to face on a daily basis, looking to commence immediately.
• Depending on your availability - flexible times - negotiable
• Pay range to be negotiated according to experience

An invitation to all Alumni to contribute to a publication 'Where do Ideas come from"

We want to showcase a diverse range of work that provides an insight into the variety of creative thinking processes that designers employ.
This emanates from the ‘Alphabet Soup’ presentation organised by AGDA on March 16, 2018.

Ideas can come from many sources because of creative initiatives and given that this way of thinking underpins and defines much of what designers do, it’s important to understand the thinking behind the thinking.

The publication will explore and make sense of the variety of approaches possible in applying creative thinking to the design process that leads to innovative solutions,
how designers think and where ideas come from.

We anticipate the publication will have educational value for students and young designers pursuing careers in the discipline providing valuable insights to understanding the creative process.
As well it will be an opportunity for professional designers to showcase their work in terms of their unique styles, approaches and thinking.
