This is more than a piece of paper.

Today, I hold my Level 1 Breathwork Facilitator certificate in my hands — but what it truly represents can’t be printed in ink.

It represents years of showing up for myself.
It represents moments of breaking open, healing, and reconnecting.
It represents learning to hold space for others in their most vulnerable moments.
It represents peeling back layers of old patterns, fear, and self-doubt — and finding stillness, clarity, and courage underneath.

Breathwork isn’t just something I do now — it’s something I live. This training has deepened my belief that our breath is the most accessible, powerful tool we have to return home to ourselves, regulate our nervous system, and create space for transformation.

To my teachers, my training group, and every breath that carried me here — thank you. and

This certificate is a milestone, but the real journey continues in every session I hold, every nervous system I help soothe, and every person I guide back to their breath.
