Congratulations to Alexis on completing his CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) with Allstaff Training Consultants! 🎓

Alexis’ story is one of courage and the unwavering pursuit of a dream. When Alexis first enrolled with Allstaff, he had just recently settled in Australia and was facing the challenge of rebuilding his new life here. With English as his third language, he initially experienced some barriers with communication, but through patience and determination, our team was able to work with him and support him towards course completion. 😌

His resilience shined through as he navigated the complexities of a new country, juggling family and work commitments to attend training and complete assessments. Even though the journey was long, it was all worthwhile as he finally achieved his qualification! ✨ This training journey served as a stepping stone for Alexis to start his life afresh in Australia, building his capabilities and credentials towards his goal of working as a doctor here.

We are blessed to be a part of Alexis’ journey and to have witnessed his growth over his time training with us. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours. Congratulations again, Alexis! 🥳

Meet Ning, a testament of willpower and strength! 🏆

Ning enrolled into our CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) course with some experience interacting with clients with disability, and his personal goals to work in the disability sector. 💭 Despite an initial lack of confidence with language and his demanding work schedule that he had to juggle, Ning navigated the course with grit, consistently attending classes and completing assessments with dedication. Slowly but surely, his hard work paid off as he successfully completed his placement and earned his qualification.

Being a new migrant to Australia and a dedicated mother, Kim juggled multiple responsibilities all while excelling in her training, and has recently successfully achieved her CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) with Allstaff Training Consultants. 🥳 Overcoming her initial doubts, Kim blossomed into a confident and capable care professional by the end of her training.
