Tonight, our two Westcare Early Learning Centre teams came together for a professional development session focused on Behaviour Guidance. 🧡💚

It was a great opportunity for educators from both centres to come together, learn, reflect and strengthen our knowledge and practices when supporting children’s behaviour, emotions and wellbeing.

We are incredibly proud of our team and their ongoing commitment to learning and providing the best possible care and education for our children. 🌱

A big thank you to everyone who attended after a busy day, your dedication to professional growth and continuous improvement is truly appreciated.

The best part of an open day is meeting the people who'll be with your child every day.

Our educators are at Port Adelaide on Saturday 29 August, 10am to 12pm. They'll show you the environments and talk you through how the Montessori inspired approach works day to day, from routines to rooms. Bring the children along for the jumping castle, face painting and a sausage sizzle.
