Adelaide Education Group was pleased to participate in the 2026 SACE International Regional Workshop, held on 24–25 August at Haileybury Tianjin in China. Under the theme “Connecting to Thrive”, the workshop brought together education leaders and partners from across the region to exchange ideas, strengthen connections, and explore opportunities for international education.

AEG’s participation reflects our commitment to building meaningful global partnerships and expanding pathways that connect secondary, vocational, and higher education. With Adelaide International School (AIS) delivering the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE), and pathways across Adelaide Institute of Business & Technology (AIBT) and Adelaide Institute of Higher Education (AIHE), AEG continues to strengthen an integrated education journey that gives students greater choice and opportunities for future success.

The Adelaide Education Group (AEG) was pleased to attend an event hosted by NTC Group in Cambodia, supporting Australian education and the delivery of the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) within local international schools.

AEG's participation also reflects the growing international outlook of Adelaide International School (AIS) and our broader strategy of building education pathways that connect secondary education, English language support, vocational education, and higher education across the AEG ecosystem. Supporting SACE delivery and strengthening relationships with international schools in Cambodia can create opportunities for students to progress through Australian education pathways, including further study with AIS, AIBT, AIHE, and English language support through IELC. It was also a pleasure to connect with His Excellency Mr Derek Yip, Ambassador of Australia to the Kingdom of Cambodia and Mr Matt Clark of SACE International as we collectively supported the growing presence of SACE and Australian education in Cambodia.

The Australia Malaysia Business Council (SA) (AMBC SA) Annual Merdeka Awards & Charity Gala Dinner was held on 29 August at the Adelaide Convention Centre, bringing together business, education, government, and community leaders to celebrate Malaysia’s Independence Day and the strong relationship between Malaysia and South Australia. The evening celebrated achievement, culture, and community while supporting an important charitable cause.

Adelaide Education Group (AEG) was proud to once again support and attend this important annual event, represented by its schools: Adelaide Institute of Higher Education (AIHE), Adelaide Institute of Business & Technology (AIBT), Adelaide International School (AIS), and Intensive English Language Centre (IELC). AEG values its longstanding connections with the Malaysian community and remains committed to strengthening educational pathways, partnerships, and opportunities between Malaysia and Australia.
