So proud to see our student, Caelum, making such a positive start to his placement with Kalyra 👏
Building genuine connections from Day 1 is what community care is all about, and it’s amazing to see Caelum already making an impact.
At Norgrove Training, we’re passionate about preparing students with the skills and confidence to thrive in real-world care environments - and this is exactly why 💙
It is wonderful to see the next generation of care professionals beginning their journey with us. Caelum is currently completing his placement at our McLaren Vale residential aged care facility and is pictured here with one of our lovely residents, Ros, on just his second day.
Caelum shared that he is most excited about starting his career in this industry because he truly enjoys the emotional interaction that comes with the role. For Caelum, working with people and supporting their wellbeing is a deeply rewarding experience.
At Kalyra, we understand that independence is not about where you live but how you live. Seeing our students build genuine connections with residents like Ros reminds us why a person-centred approach is so important. These interactions are at the heart of our warm and supportive community.
We look forward to supporting Caelum as he gains practical experience and prepares to make a positive difference in the lives of older Australians.
