Last week, we celebrated Book Week 2026 with our wonderful Book Week Parade! Our students brought their favourite books and characters to life with some amazing costumes, creativity and plenty of imagination!

Get ready for a colourful celebration of Italian culture, creativity and community!

On Thursday 10 September, from 12:00-1:30pm, our students will enjoy an afternoon filled with Carnevale fun, including:

🎭 Face mask making
🍝 Cooking
⚽ Soccer & bocce
💃 Dancing
🎨 Arts & crafts

🎭 Mask Parade🎭
At the end of the school day, families are invited to join us to watch our Carnevale Mask Parade! Come along, cheer on the students and enjoy a colourful celebration together.

We can’t wait to celebrate Carnevale with our whole school community! 💜

💙 FATHER’S DAY BREAKFAST 💙

We’re celebrating all the wonderful dads, grandads, stepdads, carers and special father figures in our school community! ✨

Join us on Monday 7 September from 8:30-9:30am for a special Father’s Day breakfast, with FREE pancakes to start the morning. 🥞

After breakfast, families are invited to head into classrooms to enjoy a fun activity together. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🌟

Book Week is coming! ✨📚

Get ready to celebrate our love of books and reading with our Book Week Parade this Wednesday 26th August at 9am!
Students are invited to dress as their favourite book character, and families are warmly welcome to join us.

Our library will also be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair! Come along to browse and purchase some fantastic books between Monday to Wednesday

On Tuesday, our Year 4 Wizards were delighted to welcome Minister Lucy Hood MP and Aria Bolkus MP to Fulham Gardens Primary School to see our OzHarvest FEAST program in action.

Our students proudly shared their learning as they explored the importance of healthy eating, reducing food waste, and creating delicious meals using fresh produce. It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase the confidence, creativity, and teamwork our students have developed through the program.

A big thank you to Aria Bolkus MP and Minister Lucy Hood MP for taking the time to visit our school and celebrate the amazing learning happening in our Year 4 classrooms. We loved sharing this special experience with you!

Room 1 put their Health learning into action by baking a delicious orange cake using fresh tangelos from Mrs. Maria's tree! 🍊
