Q&A – First Wednesday of April 💬
What a fantastic session! We absolutely loved the group interaction — it was lively, insightful, and full of great energy.
We had participants joining in from Australia, the US, Canada, and New Zealand 🌏 — and everyone brought such valuable contributions to the table.
Our conversation covered a wide range of fascinating manual therapy concepts like neuromodulation, dysautonomia, noxious input, proprioceptive changes, pain inhibition, and more.
We also explored topics like upper flexion activation, anterior neck strength, the importance of deep neck flexors and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).
So much knowledge shared, and even more curiosity sparked!
Thanks to everyone who joined. Looking forward to seeing you at the next one! 💡👏

Insights for those living with headache or migraine.
Silent, Ocular or Retinal Migraine?
Silent migraine is sometimes called ‘ocular migraine’ when the main symptom is visual disturbance. These disturbances can appear as flashing lights, zigzag patterns, blind spots, or even temporary vision loss in one eye. However, it’s important to understand that ‘ocular migraine’ is often used interchangeably with ‘retinal migraine’, which is a specific and rare type of migraine that involves temporary vision loss or blindness in one eye. This can lead to confusion, so it’s essential to use precise terminology when discussing these conditions.
