So here are three ways to help your child feel supported and confident from day one:

1. Reduce morning friction
Remove stress points from your mornings.
Lay out uniforms, pack bags together, decide on breakfast options, and talk through what the morning will look like. Familiarity creates less overwhelm.

2. Support the emotional shift
Big feelings are normal at the start of a new school year. Create space for conversations, validate any nerves, and gently highlight what they can look forward to... friends, favourite subjects, or kind teachers!
