Thank you to all the volunteers who help to load the container destined for Ukraine. Our generous sponsor Glenside Lions Club donated the funds and In Kind donated the medical equipment and supplies.
The container is on its way!

This year marks the 35th anniversary of Ukraine’s renewed independence 🇺🇦, and our students at SLAVA Ukrainian Language School have been learning about Ukraine’s history, culture and what independence really means.

The little ones created blue and yellow hearts. Older students explored Ukraine’s journey to independence and why Ukrainians are still fighting to protect it today.

Growing up in Australia, our children may be far from Ukraine, but through language, stories and traditions, they stay connected. 💙💛

And judging by these photos, learning can be pretty joyful too. 😊
