Life isn't easy, and then there are those hard moments of defeat!!

It takes consistent effort and the WILL to get back up & be brave... face the pain!!

Especially following an experience of emotional or physical painful events...

Because giving up on yourself, only prolongs the pain... you're strong!!

So get up, hold your head up, put your shoulders back...& soldier on!!

Find your inner Warrior!! She's there❣

Hey Guys,

Tough times for us all currently. I just wanted to let you know to hang in there, keep your hands clean, gargle warm salty water if you notice a dry throat & be as positive as you can, we gotta keep the vibrations high and loving right now, more than ever...for each other❣

So...Sing! Dance! Smile! Listen to Music! & allow yourself to reflect on the positive experiences and funny moments had, make new list of priorities, do something creative....Find ways to bring joy into life and stay away from all the media, too much is brainwashing & fear causing... keep your spirits high🌈

Hey guys,

It's been a while since I've been active.... even I go through moments of dissonance & choose to take much needed time out for myself to recoup & recover....

Isn't life strange for us all currently?

In a sense, sharing this global experience, shows us exactly how vulnerable we are when uncertainty hits...

This time is a good opportunity to take a much needed break from life as it was, for those who've had to go into lockdown or self isolation, time to rest up a bit, relax and maybe finish those projects that have taken place on the 'To do list' that were put on the 'one day list' instead or really engage with family and friends on deeper levels.... we're in this together, let's ride the wave together, open up & share your life stories, & remember to be as gentle with ourselves as we can, because high stress won't help you & this time, You can be certain, you're not alone.... So be Brave & Stay strong...together❣

This time too shall pass!!

Our history has proven to us exactly how well we deal with global events together & Survive these types of catastrophes....& once life returns to seemingly normal realms....There is a real blessing of renewal for life that will take place, we have been fast paced into happier times, unity, relief & a real joy, once the chaos settles...you've all heard about blessing coming as a disguise.... right!!
