New chapter, same heart. 🧭

After over a decade in the wellbeing space, I'm starting fresh with Compass Wellbeing.

Same passion for mental health. Same commitment to helping people navigate life's challenges. Just a new name and renewed focus on what I love most: training, counselling, and mediation.

I've learned a lot about resilience, burnout, boundaries, and what it really takes to live well - both personally and professionally. And I'm bringing all of that (plus my usual loud talking and too many creative side quests 😊) to this next chapter.

Whether you need mental health training for your team, support through counselling, or help navigating conflict - I'm here.

Let's find your true north together.

Website coming soon! In the meantime, reach out directly to connect.

Navigate. Connect. Thrive. 💜🧭

Today I'm taking a step I've been thinking about for a while - sharing my journey with CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome). Living with invisible chronic pain has taught me lessons I never asked for but somehow need.

Some days are battles, others are victories, but all are part of my story.

I plan to write more about this experience - the challenges, the small wins, the medical maze, and the daily realities.

If you're also living with chronic pain or know someone who is, know this - I see you.

You are not invisible. Your struggle is valid, even when others can't see it.

We believe everyone deserves to understand how the NDIS works!

I created this simple diagram to show how all the different NDIS roles connect around the participant. As support coordinators, we're just one piece of the puzzle - but when all these pieces work together, that's when the best outcomes happen.

Feel free to save or share this image if you find it helpful.

Have questions about how these pieces fit together in your NDIS journey? We're here to help!
