More than a century ago, Sr Teresa Dunlevie RSM was pioneering new approaches to teaching and learning at St Aloysius College. Today, her legacy continues in a new primary building proudly carrying her name.
On Thursday, our College community came together for the official Opening and Blessing of the Dunlevie Building by Archbishop Patrick O'Regan. It was a really special day, a chance to pause, reflect on how far we’ve come and celebrate what has been created together.
Designed by Grieve Gillett and Hayball Architects and built by Schiavello Construction, Dunlevie brings beautiful, contemporary learning spaces together with touches of our history, including arches inspired by the historic Convent building. There was a real sense of pride seeing the people who helped bring this vision to life gathered together to celebrate. A big thank you to everyone who played a part in making Dunlevie a reality.
Enjoy a few highlights from a very special day 🏫💜
