Over four incredible days at WOMADelaide, our student volunteers embraced every opportunity to learn, contribute and connect.

Working across a wide range of roles, from sustainability initiatives and content creation to even washing dishes! Students experienced the festival from the inside out, building practical skills and supporting an event that celebrates global culture, music and art.

Our strong and ongoing partnership with WOMADelaide continues to provide meaningful opportunities for our students to be involved in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Their energy, adaptability and teamwork were on full display.

A huge thank you to our students for the way they represented our community, you made the most of every moment.

What a fantastic day at Sports Day 2026! It was great to see such strong participation and outstanding effort from students across all year levels, whether competing on the track, supporting their house, or cheering on their peers.

The costumes this year were incredible. The creativity, colour and effort put into representing each house did not go unnoticed and added so much fun and personality to the day.

A special mention to our House Leaders, who arrived early to help with set up and ensure everything was ready to go. Your initiative and leadership played a big part in making the day run smoothly – thank you for your efforts.

It was also an exciting day for athletics, with new school records set. Even more impressively, several records were broken and then immediately broken again in the same heat, showing the level of determination and talent on display.

Well done to all students and staff who took part and helped make Sports Day 2026 such a great event.

This week during Studio Wednesday, we went behind the lens and into the dark to experiment with light painting as part of Photography 101: Using a DSLR Camera.

Learning how to confidently use manual settings, adjusting shutter speed, ISO and aperture. Students discovered how slowing things down can create something pretty spectacular.

The images you see here are our Year 8 and 9 students’ own work, planned, captured and created entirely by them.

Welcoming the Year of the Horse 🐎

Our Atrium was filled with colour, energy and plenty of laughter as we celebrated Lunar New Year with a vibrant lion dance performance. There were many giggles as the lions cheekily “pinched” a few water bottles and delighted the crowd with their playful antics.

A wonderful way to honour culture, tradition and the rich diversity of our school community. Wishing our families a year of energy, confidence and new beginnings.

Today marked one of the many special “final year” milestones for our Class of 2026, receiving their Senior Jumpers. Despite the heat, nothing was stopping them from trying them on straight away and snapping some pics.

The sentiment across the group?
“It feels real now.”

A small moment, but a big reminder that their final year of secondary schooling has truly begun.

What better way to start the week than with some painting!

Our Year 9 Visual Arts students have been diving deep into the world of colour and technique. Starting with a colour wheel, students explored tints, hues and shades to build a strong foundation for the unit.

They then put those skills to the test by analysing famous artworks from across history. Carefully studying colour choices, brushstrokes and techniques to recreate a painting in the style of the original artist. The challenge? Choose the artwork you’re personally drawn to and problem-solve your way to a close replication.

We can't wait to share the finished paintings!
