Kozy Kids are supporting by hosting a pyjama day! And what a turn out we have had today.

What a colourful day! 🌈
Our Glenside children had so much fun celebrating the Festival of Colours with a vibrant Colour Run filled with laughter and bright splashes of colour. Through this celebration, they explored diversity, culture, and the joy of coming together.

🎉 Children’s Week 2025 🎉
This year’s theme was “Everyone should know about Children’s Rights!” 💛
We celebrated with a wonderful concert, a lovely morning tea, and had such a fantastic turnout from our families, the Deputy Mayor of Tea Tree Gully and the Ward Councillor, the Principal from Golden Grove Lutheran School, Nicola from the Office of Early Childhood Development and some of the residents from next door at Helping Hand.🌟

This week we have been visiting our Kindy Buddy groups to deliver Maths Movement prizes to our preschool partners at Kozy Kids Glenside, Cranley House Child Care Centre, Grove Kindergarten, Guardian Childcare & Education Fullarton, and Unley Community Centre.
The response from the preschoolers has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are so grateful to the educators and team leaders in each of these services for their enthusiasm, support, and partnership in celebrating a love of learning.

All the children at both Kozy Kids centres had an absolute blast participating in National Simultaneous Storytime! This year’s featured book, A Truck Cat, captured the hearts and imaginations of our young readers, sparking joy, curiosity, and lots of giggles.
Storytime was filled with excitement as the children gathered to listen, read along, and explore the vibrant illustrations and fun storyline together. The shared experience helped build a love for books while encouraging important early literacy skills.
At Kozy Kids, we believe that literacy is more than just learning to read—it's a pathway to growth, development, creativity, and connection. Events like this are a fantastic reminder of how stories can bring us together and open doors to endless imagination.

Nature play week here at Kozy Kids involved the children exploring the nature within their back yard. Nature play is an unstructured play experience that uses natural elements allowing the children to investigate, spark curiosity and build on their creativity.
Nature play promotes physical activity, cognitive development, emotional wellbeing and social skills within children.
