Empathy builds stronger relationships and fosters social harmony by improving understanding and compassion, and is crucial for developing the social skills necessary to navigate the world.
Whilst we'd like to think this is something that kids learn in the home, we know that's not always the case, which is why several teachers asked Agent FYI to come up with programs touching on friendships and empathy.
He created Cheer Up Charlie and Why Can't We Be Friends for R-3 students, and Power Games for the upper grades, and he is delighted to hear the difference he is making in our South Australian schools.

Agent FYI and Charlie had the best time at St Ignatius school last week!
This is the Access All Areas programme, where everyone was keen to solve Charlie's cyber safety problems whilst learning about keeping personal information secure!
Although, Agent FYI did prove just how easy it is to extract all sorts of information from these innocent 6 year olds, who gladly tell him a little too much!

This is such a good story. I wish more parents knew what their children were doing and acted just like this mum!
Mum marches son to girl's house to apologise for calling her 'fat' and 'ugly'
The boy was made to buy chocolate and flowers with his birthday money.

Agent FYI and Charlie will be at St Ignatius today to teach the leaders of tomorrow how to be kind. What a shame he wasn't able to get his message across to some of our existing world leaders 💙💛

There's a new Charlie in da house!
After 6 years of chin scratching, nose squeezing and eye poking, Agent FYI had to make the difficult decision, that a quick repair with a needle and thread would no longer suffice, and it was time to replace Charlie... particularly after his arm fell off!
Meet Charlie 2!! He's equally as naughty, perhaps a little cheekier, and whilst he might be lighter in colour, it seems that no-one has noticed. And if they do? Well...he's in disguise of course! After all, he is the Top Secret Spy Dog!

Thanks to St Peter's Woodlands in Glenelg for such a fabulous write up from my recent visit to the school. I still love what I do and it is such a rewarding "job" as I receive such positive affirmation on a daily basis from not only the students but also the wonderful teachers that guide them on their journey.
Health and Cyber Safety Missions - St Peter's Woodlands
