On behalf of the Calisthenics Coaches Association of South Australia, we would like to wish all the amazing mums and mother figures a very Happy Mother’s Day 💐

Today we celebrate the incredible women who are such an important part of our calisthenics community. From the mums cheering loudly at every competition, to those sewing, gemming and preparing beautiful costumes late into the night. Your love and dedication never go unnoticed.

We also acknowledge the coaches who sacrifice precious time with their own families to support and guide their cali families each week, and the special women who step into motherly roles with unconditional care, encouragement and support. To the stand in mums, dance mums, grandmothers, carers, and the mums watching over from above, your presence is always felt and deeply treasured 🤍

Thank you for the endless lifts to lessons, the pep talks after difficult performances, the hugs, the patience, the strength, and the unwavering support through every high and low.
Calisthenics would simply not be the same without you 🩵
