Feeling incredibly privileged to be part of the Adelaide Success Circle panel discussion hosted by Kismet Healthcare, discussing The Complexities of Leading People alongside Jacki Done, Donna Adams, and Dr Phil Hamdorf.

A big thank you to Carla Canning from Connect Lead Achieve for thoughtfully chairing the discussion and creating such a warm and engaging space for conversation.

Leadership is complex because people are complex.
Conversations like these are an important reminder that strong leadership starts with understanding, connection, and clarity.

ALL4ONE: A FATHER'S STORY: Episode 1: The Beginning...... - The Empowered Parent with Dana Baltutis 21/05/2026

The Empowered Parent with Dana Baltutis Podcast is back with a special 6 week series focusing on dads.
In this series, Graham Clark shares his journey as a dad to Bradley, his now mid twenties neurodivergent son, and the experiences that led him and his wife Tracy to create All4One Ability Services, supporting neurodivergent young adults in accommodation and independent living.
In our first episode, we talk about the early years, diagnosis, the challenges dads often carry quietly, and the importance of hope, practical support, and community.
This series is about the role dads play, what they go through behind the scenes, and why families need spaces where they feel understood and supported.

Adelaide Success Circle for Healthcare, NDIS & Aged Care Leaders 06/05/2026

Something a little different from me today.

I'm thrilled to be joining an incredible panel of leaders on Thursday 21 May for the Adelaide Success Circle, and I'd love for you to know about it.

This is an evening designed specifically for senior leaders in healthcare, NDIS, and aged care -- and the topic couldn't be more timely: The Complexities of Leading People Today.

Because let's be honest. Leading a team right now is genuinely hard. Workforce pressures, burnout, competing expectations, constant change. If you're feeling it, you're not imagining it -- and you're not alone.

The panel brings together:
Jacki Done (Chief People & Quality Officer, Uniting SA), Donna Adams (Behavioural Change Specialist and founder of Business Leaders Circles), Dr Phil Hamdorf (CEO, Australian Sporting Alliance for People with a Disability), and me -- Dana Baltutis, Founder of My Therapy House.

We'll be having honest, peer-to-peer conversations about what it actually takes to lead well right now. No vendors. No pitches. Just real talk from people who get it -- and plenty of time to mingle, connect, and leave genuinely inspired.

Thursday 21 May, 4:00 -- 6:30 pm
The Function, Level 3/4 Colley Terrace, Glenelg

Drinks, nibbles, and a room full of people who understand your world.

Places are limited, so if this is for you -- or someone you know -- grab a ticket via the link below.

I am pleased to share that my upcoming book, Attuned Workplaces: Creating a Future Where Neurodiversity Belongs, is coming to fruition.

This book explores how workplaces can move beyond surface level inclusion to create environments where neurodivergent people genuinely belong. It focuses on psychological safety, communication, sensory needs, autonomy, and leadership, offering practical insights for leaders, educators, and organisations.

If you would like to be notified when the book is released, please register your interest via the booking form on my website.

Unschooling Series with Paige Carter (Parent, Advocate, Community Leader, Business Owner) Week 9: When We Stop Pushing, Children Start Healing - The Empowered Parent with Dana Baltutis 11/12/2025

The last episode of our Unschooling Series on The Empowered Parent.
In this episode we look back at everything we explored in this series as we followed Oak and Paige’s journey through their first term of unschooling. It has been a tender, real, very human season of learning what happens when a child’s wellbeing becomes the guide rather than the outcome.
We talk about what changed, what softened, what was let go of, and what grew in its place. We touch on burnout recovery, rebuilding safety, and the surprising moments of connection that held this family together including the teacher who quietly showed up at a caravan park simply to keep the thread of belonging alive.
This reflection brings the whole series together and shows what it can look like when a parent trusts their child, trusts the process, and slowly learns to trust themselves again.
