🎉What a fantastic week we've had at Tactical, celebrating another group of students who successfully completed their Certificate II in Security Operations face-to-face training on 28 August 2026.

Congratulations 👏to all involved. It is always rewarding to be part of the journey as students take the next step in their security careers, and we appreciate you choosing Tactical for your training.

Although this was a smaller class, the enthusiasm, participation and teamwork on display throughout the week were anything but small. It was great to see everyone sharing ideas, supporting one another and enjoying a few laughs along the way.
A special shout-out to this week's Award Winners 🏆. With five awards presented, it was a clear reflection of the commitment and effort shown by the entire group. Congratulations to James and Adam, recipients of the Team Leader Award, and to Aiden, Eamon and Julian, who earned the Active Learner Award.

One of the highlights of the week was seeing the strong connections formed within the class. The positive engagement and willingness to contribute created an enjoyable learning environment and demonstrated the value of teamwork in the security industry.

Thank you again to everyone who attended 😊. We are proud of what you achieved and wish you every success as you move forward in your security careers.

🎉 The good times keep on rolling!

Another fantastic group of Tactical graduates has successfully completed their face-to-face CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations training on 14 August 2026.

This was a fun, switched-on group who brought great energy to every session. Their enthusiasm, engagement and willingness to learn made them a pleasure to teach, and they consistently demonstrated a high standard of professionalism throughout the course.

It was fantastic to see so many students actively participating, asking thoughtful questions, supporting one another and embracing both the theory and practical aspects of security operations training. The positive attitude shown by the entire class created an outstanding learning environment.

A special congratulations to our award recipients, Ben, who received the Active Learner Award, and Shane, who was recognised with the Team Leader Award.
Ben's peers described him as someone who "always showed a willingness to learn and seek knowledge" and was "really engaging and giving everything a go." Shane was praised for the way he "took charge during scenarios and gave everyone the confidence to give it their all" and for having "shown great communication and willingness to help other team members."

Both awards reflect the respect they've earned from their classmates and the qualities that will serve them well in the security industry. Congratulations to both of you on this well-deserved recognition! 👏👏

To all our graduates, congratulations on your achievement. You should be proud of the effort you've put in and the skills you've developed. We have no doubt you'll go on to build successful careers in the security industry.

It was another terrific week at Tactical, with another group of awesome individuals completing their CII in Security Operations face-to-face training on 31 July 2026. We’re so excited for each of you. Taking on board the trainers’ directions and knowledge, it was a treat to watch your growth in confidence and teamwork 😊

As is the ‘norm’, we take this time to congratulate our AWARD WINNERS 🏆. Thomas was voted Active Learner by his peers. Some of the feedback being “I would work with him any day of the week” and Troy (not pictured) who was described as “Very keen to learn in all tasks”. George was voted the Team Leader, some of the feedback being “Humble but good at leading” and “Showed great leadership skills.” Amazing effort, and well deserved👏🎉

It is marvellous to witness firsthand, people from different backgrounds and experiences, connecting, helping one another, and building each other up. Strangers becoming friends. What a beautiful thing! Not only do you walk away with a new set of skills, which can open the door to a new career, but also a new life experience. It’s incredible what can transpire in one week!

If you can see yourself working in the Security industry, it all begins with your training, choose carefully. Training sets you up. You walk in not knowing and should walk out armed with the tools, confidence, and knowledge to get you ready for a new calling.
