🔥 Welcome Jesse to the ARMI teaching team! 🔥
Jesse picked up guitar at 12 after discovering NOFX, and has been playing in bands and teaching since the age of 16. With a strong focus on fast, heavy music and experience in Adelaide deathcore band Temple of Athena, he brings serious energy and real-world knowledge to his lessons.

He also specialises in extended range instruments (7, 8, 9 string guitars and 5 string bass) and gear maintenance, helping students not only play with confidence and ferocity, but also take care of their instruments, write and record their own music, and work with other musicians.

Gabriel 'Blackalpha' is a Brazilian-born musician, producer and educator based in Adelaide, with over 16 years of teaching experience and degrees in Psychology and Music Education. An award-winning composer and producer with over 2 million YouTube views, he received the 2025 Adelaide Fringe Weekly Award for Art is the Medium and the Wakakirri Best Soundtrack award. His achievements have earned him an Australian Global Talent visa, reflecting his high-level craftsmanship, versatility, and strong focus on developing artists and students.
