Beginning in Term 1 2027, we’re excited to be partnering with the South Australian Government to offer Flying Start 3-year-old preschool.
3-year-old preschool builds strong foundations for our little people to learn, grow and thrive through teacher-led, play-based learning, and extra support where it matters most.
We're looking forward to delivering Flying Start 3-year-old preschool and the positive impact it can have for children, families and our community.

🎶❄️ Community Event Spotlight – Toasty Tunes ❄️🎶

Looking for something fun to do with the family this weekend?

Join the City of Unley for Toasty Tunes, a free family-friendly community event filled with live music, children’s activities, face painting, bubbles, warm drinks and delicious toasties. It’s a great way to get out in the community, connect with others and enjoy some winter fun together.

There will be plenty of entertainment and hands-on fun for children to explore, play and enjoy throughout the morning.

Today we welcomed Sara from Missfit Movement into our centre! Classroom 1 enjoyed exploring yoga stretches, movement, songs and props through a fun and interactive experience. Our babies were very curious, observing Sara closely and engaging with the different props and music throughout the session.

Our Preschool children in Classrooms 4 & 5 also enjoyed a DanceFUN session with a dinosaur theme! The children loved stomping, roaring and dancing around like dinosaurs, using their imagination and gross motor skills while having so much fun together 🦖🦕💃

Australia’s biggest morning tea.

This week each of our Classrooms are taking turns to prepare some special goodies for our delicious Cake Table to help support the Cancer Council and raise funds for those impacted by cancer.

Every cake, biscuit and slice makes a difference as our little learners grow their knowledge around community spirit and supporting others all while enjoying a sweet treat.

Our Classroom 5 children were so excited to receive their Kindy Graduate tops! 🎓💛
They have been proudly wearing them around the centre and showing them off to their friends and educators. We love celebrating these special milestones with our little learners as they continue to grow and shine throughout their kindergarten years ✨

Today, Classroom 4&5 had the amazing Kate from Happy Feet Fitness come to visit us! Kate's session was inspired by construction sites, diggers, and all things trucks! The children transformed into construction workers for the day, using movement, imagination, and teamwork as they explored the space together. We wore our “safety gear,” practised being seen by the big trucks, and moved our bodies through a range of joyful singing, dancing, and movement experiences!

It was beautiful to see all the children so deeply immersed in the experience, expressing themselves through movement, role play, and collaborative learning. Experiences like these create meaningful opportunities for children to build confidence, strengthen coordination, and engage in shared moments of joy and connection! Thank you Kate 💛

Classroom 2 worked together to save sea creatures from rubbish and learn about caring for our oceans.
Classroom 3 explored Earth Day and discovered the changing seasons.
Classroom 4 focused on learning how to care for and protect our environments.
Classroom 5 exploring literacy concepts.

We love seeing our children engage, explore, and learn through meaningful experiences every day.
