I have recently graduated from the International College of Hotel Management (ICHM), following my successful completion of a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality Management. Since high school I have had a passion for working in the hospitality industry and travelling the world with my favourite country being Japan. Being a confident and relaxed person, I have been able to strive in the Front Office Department at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra. Working in such an amazing environment has led me to appreciate what our industry is all about and how we should deal with the hardships that come with the job and in everyday life.
Both of these aspects combined have taught me that the hospitality industry is definitely the place I would love to grow in, career wise and personally.
I am very excited to be participating in this year’s Receptionist of the Year Competition!

Earlier this month 59 ICHM students graduated with the Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management), 26 with the Bachelor of International Hotel Management (Swiss Hotel Association) and 3 with the Associate Degree in Hospitality.
