A student-led club where we blend social events, academic activities, and a passion for promoting mental well-being.

The University of Adelaide Psychology Students' Association (PSA) is a club run by students, for students. The main aim of the PSA is to bring an exciting social element to the study of psychology at the University of Adelaide, and to facilitate much-needed support networks between students. The activities of our club are diverse, being both social and academic in nature. Past events have included

pub crawls, barbecues, careers evenings about psychology pathways, presentations from guest speakers, fundraisers for mental health organisations, and the annual PsychBall. The general atmosphere of the PSA is welcoming and relaxed. All new and continuing students from both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, either psychology or not, are encouraged to become a member and attend events. One year membership is just $5, and entitles members to a $5 discount off all ticketed events and access to exclusive free events throughout the year:

Wear It Purple Day is a vital reminder to LGBTQIA+ youth that they are seen, loved, and supported exactly as they are! Safe, inclusive spaces save lives. Today, we visibly stand up against bullying and harassment to build a safer world for rainbow youth. 💜🌈

✨Thank you to everyone to came along last night to our Careers Night! ✨

We were so lucky to hear from such diverse fields such as the military, probation, education, child protection, clinical, health, organisational, sports and counselling.

To our incredible panelists, thanking for sharing your knowledge and experiences, and especially transparency in your journeys towards where you are today. There is no doubt that everyone took away a lesson or two. 🌱
