One of the most impactful things that changed my life was making peace with my past self.

The moments.
The missed opportunities.
The mistakes.
The resentment I carried.

I stopped replaying it….and started accepting it. All aspects of it....the masculine and feminine.

Because you cannot move forward while you are still arguing with who you used to be.

And once I made peace with that....I got my energy back.

That’s when everything started to shift.
