One Club Culture

When clubs take ownership of culture it shows up in different ways. Facilitating their own Values session with the juniors is a great example. Well done MORPHETT VALE FOOTBALL CLUB 👏

When asked, one of the main areas of focus for the Senior Men’s Football program is their desire to put their team and club first. It doesn’t get any more selfless than that.

Having the opportunity to work with the Coaches and Senior Players at Mount Barker Football Club is a real pleasure. I feel a real sense of purpose from the group to embrace the responsibility to own their culture and commit to standards.

In 2025 asked to work with the Men’s A Grade Football squad. This year they have committed to investing the same focus on culture with the Women’s program. The opportunity to support and shine a light on Women’s sport and the health and wellbeing benefits of participation and striving for success is something I really value. Thankyou to coach Paul Sherwood and the squad for being so welcoming and committed to champion a great club and squad culture! 💚
