USC Year 12 student, Riley Kay, from the 432 Army Cadet Unit stood vigil overnight at Adelaide’s War Memorial ahead of the Anzac Day Dawn Service on North Terrace and participated in the Anzac Day march, as part of his role in honouring service and sacrifice.
Riley has spent almost five years in cadets, building skills, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging, while also crediting the program with helping him succeed at school and shaping his future goal of joining the Air Force as an engineer.
We are incredibly proud of Riley and the dedication, leadership, and commitment he has shown through his service with the Army Cadets.

A class of our Year 10 STEM students have been learning to apply hardware and software concepts to their VEX Robotics projects, rebuilding and recoding their robots for a variety of challenges.
From optimising their drivetrain to debugging their latest code, these students are proving that persistence and iteration are the best algorithms for success. Watching them troubleshoot in real-time is a great reminder that the future of engineering is in very capable hands!
Credit to Jye in Year 10 for the awesome photo of his Clawbot on slide 2. Thanks Jye!
