MARKETING ASSISTANT
• Scandinavia Marketing Assistant
Australia Study PTY LTD providing quality education consultant services for Study Tours, Study Abroad, English Courses, Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Universities for aspiring industry candidates. Our main office is in Adelaide and branches in Sydney, Finland, Poland and Indonesia.
We are now seeking for a Marketing Assistant responsible for key Nordic markets; Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Reporting to the Nordic Marketing Specialist, this position is suitable for applicants with interests and education in marketing.
This position will be responsible for assisting in managing all facets of marketing in selected Nordic countries, with a particular focus on developing new markets through various media. This will involve both managing of established and highly productive markets, as well as market entry and development of new countries within the region.

Duties will include:
• Developing marketing plans according to a negotiated budget
• Participating in road shows, exhibitions and other industry events
• Development and maintenance of marketing databases
• Supporting agents with high level of customer service standards
• Contribution to social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Whatsapp and blogs
• Review the marketing plan, analyse feedback and make adjustments
• Research on market trends, seek new ideas and opportunities

Desirable skills include:
• Essential to be proficient in Norwegian or Danish, as well as professional level of English
• Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a benefit
• Advanced MS Office and Computer Literacy Skills
• Knowledge of working with CRM
• Knowledge of ELICOS, VET And Higher education Sectors is preferable
• Strong Interpersonal and organisations skills
• Strong problem –solving skills and a “Can-do” attitude
