Here’s a mistake from HBR and their apology…
I received an email from a HBR list that I hadn’t signed up for… no big deal, I don’t get offended or inconvenienced by an automated mass email from a company that I have subscribd to for other things 🤓
though it’s refreshing to get the email follow up after a mistake that shows the humans behind the automated mass email.
I’ve made these email mistakes, even just a recent as a couple of weeks ago.
It’s somewhat comforting to know that a highly regarded, well resourced, probably highly systematised company such as HBR also make these mistakes 😂
It’s always best to own it.
