Mosaic Stobie Pole in the making!
A big shout out to our past families and children who decided that our centre needed some more street appeal.
They all carefully drew pictures of things that they loved and these were given to the team of mosaic stobbie pole volunteers. We have been waiting ever so patiently and the wait is almost over. They looked at all the drawings, tried to match the colours and put as many things on the stobbie pole as possible so that there and many children's ideas represented. There were lots of rainbow, the sun, flowers, love hearts, insects and spiders and children playing with friends and family.
We will let you know when it is ready and you will be able to see it for yourself outside our centre on Napier Street.
So excited and so grateful for this wonderful community. Big shout out to Carla, who volunteers at our centre and with the mosaic stobie pole team and the rest of the mosaic stobbie pole team and of course the children! Yay!!
