It's great to see our regions working in partnership to bring learning to life. What an inspiring few days at our recent national Gold Coast Free to Flourish Immersion! 🌟

A huge thank you to Lutheran Ormeau Rivers District School (LORDS), Silkwood and Hillcrest for so generously opening your doors and sharing your experiences, insights and learning with our educators.

The Free to Flourish Immersions aim to bring Free to Flourish to life through immersive experiences that connect educators within and beyond our system to learn with and from one another, explore diverse perspectives and practice, challenge thinking, inspire possibility and shape meaningful change in their own contexts. ✝

There is something special about an installation. It’s more than a new title or a change of leadership. It’s a moment to pause, give thanks for what has been, and look with hope towards what is yet to come. ✝

Yesterday, the Waikerie Lutheran Primary School WLPS community gathered to install Leila Mattner as Principal.

Leila, as you step into this season, may you lead with curiosity, courage and confidence. May you listen deeply, notice the possibilities around you and trust the people who journey alongside you.

Most of all, may you remain grounded in the hope we have in Jesus remembering that leadership in Lutheran education is ultimately about creating places where children and young people can discover who they are, whose they are, and how they might use their gifts to serve others. 🙏
